The Brains
Esther Falana is the sole individual founder behind the
brand.
“As young black woman, it gives me so much joy to have built a business on something I’m passionate about and love. I’m inspired by my struggles, trials and tribulations as it’s only made me strive for more success”.
Esther graduated from The University of Greenwich with a BA (Hons) degree. Thought her degree was not related to Hair & Beauty, Esther had a high interest in the Beauty industry particularly Make Up. A self taught skill she perfected her craft by watching YouTube tutorials and used her mother as a blank canvas to practice on, she then began freelance make artistry, building a portfolio and her clienteles.
