Security Deposits

A 50% deposit is required and mandatory when making an online booking to secure your appointment. If the deposit fails at anytime, EsBeauties has the rights to cancel your booking if we unable to reach you for the funds within 24hours. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE 

Booking Amendments

EsBeauties requires a 72 hour notice from your booking for any amendments or changes, failure to do so will result in your booking not being amended and if unable to keep initial appointment then loss of deposit. 

Cancellations

Cancellations or no shows will result in the deposits being loss. We hold the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments up to 48 hours before, This would be due to unforeseen circumstances that would be out of our control. In such a rare event the deposit will be refunded onto the card that was used to make the initial payment. 

COVID-19 Processing and Delivery

Please allow 10-20 working days for processing and delivery. Due to covid-19 which has coursed delays in receiving lace, processing time has been extended, this applies when ordering custom made wigs. Bundle and Closure orders are dispatched within the time frame brought at check out. International delivery may take longer we advice up to 20 working days from the point of receiving a dispatch notification. All orders sent out for delivery are supplied with tracking information, INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES WILL BE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. 


All orders within the UK and EU are sent via Royal Mail, international Deliveries are sent via DHL

Hair colouring services

EsBeauties offers a customised colouring service which we require an additional 7 working days for processing. EsBeauties at present only colours hair that is EsBeauties Hair and does not offer a colouring service to Hair that is not EsBeauties brand, this is due to none liability for any damages that may occur during processing. Please be advised that customised colour requests may not always be to the exact colour as requested but will be done as close as possible as requested. If we are unable to achieve the colour requested you’ll be notified before colour processing begins. Some of Esbeauties wigs have been previously worn for promotional purposes or photoshoots, if you desire a brand new wig made of the same style please insure this is  requested, though all worn wigs are of high standard and would have only been worn once or twice. All custom coloured hair may eventually need to be touched up after 3 months, this will be at an additional charge. 

Refund

We want all our customers to feel good and look flawless, hence why we only sell the best quality hair, quality is everything to EsBeauties and we take pride in the products we have to offer. If your are not satisfied for what so ever reason we are here to help, every customer is unique to us and we take pride in insuring that we deal with any issues accordingly. Although we don’t offer a refund on our hair service, we are happy to exchange  any hair with in 5 workings of receipt, this is subject to Hair (bundles or closures) not being used. If Hair has been used and Hair has displayed fault within 28days of use, then please contact us and Hair would need to be delivered back for investigation, again we do not offer a refund but are happy to exchange hair.
